One of my favourite places to visit in Auckland is the Domain Wintergardens. I love being surrounded by nature, and the flower beds and plants in there are always stunning. I wore my moss green shirt to help blend in.
I don’t wear a lot of bright colours these days, but this moss coloured shirt is such a stand out colour that it pairs well with black and goes beautifully with my copper hair. Even though it has long sleeves, it’s a very light cotton fabric so it’s quite nice to wear on a warm day – especially as the sleeves give my skin some shade from the sun. I wear it knotted high on my waist rather than as a button down shirt, and sometimes I roll up the sleeves as well.
I’m also loving this Sun Jellies tote that Two Lippy Ladies sent me. Do you remember jelly shoes from when you were a kid? Well the company that originally made those is still making them and they make cute bags as well! It’s so perfect for a day out and I love the way the handles clip together at the top to make it easier to carry.
How do you incorporate bright colours into your wardrobe?

I agree, the green looks so lovely against your hair and that garden looks so relaxing! 😀
Thanks lady, I love this colour with my hair. It’s funny how some colours I’d never have worn as a brunette are finding their way into my wardrobe now that I’m a redhead
What a beautiful place!! I wear bright colours 90% of the time and its become part of me really. 🙂 I do love the colour of your shirt!
Isn’t it amazing? I could spend hours and hours there.

That green is such a beautiful colour Meagan. It suits you down to the flower beds!
Thanks Sam, I love this colour – it makes me think of gloriously mossy banks 🙂
