As I mentioned on Instagram recently, I used to turn my nose up at feather knits because I thought fluffy jumpers were prissy. I’m actually not sure what my logic was there because I will happily wear a tutu for no reason whatsoever? View Post
Winter layers
As much as I’ve complained about the cold lately, even I have to admit that winter has been pretty mild so far. To be having 17ºC most days in winter is really unusual, it’s more autumnal than wintery, so I’ve been piling on the winter layers but still trying to look cute. View Post
Print princess
Monochrome prints will always be my favourite – now that my wardrobe has returned to a darker palette, I find that basic black and white prints go with all of my basics, as well as any coloured accessories I might be rocking. If you’re new to the world of prints and patterns then black and white is a great place to start. View Post
My autumn essentials
Brought to you by Farmers
As the weather cools down I’m starting to get really excited about my wardrobe for autumn and winter. I love layering and wearing warm snuggly clothes, so this really is my favourite time of year. I’m not one of those people who has “a summer wardrobe” and “a winter wardrobe” though – I try to have things in my wardrobe that I can wear all year round, and this is when a few staples are important to help carry me through from hot weather to chilly temps. Tiptoe through the flower beds
One of my favourite places to visit in Auckland is the Domain Wintergardens. I love being surrounded by nature, and the flower beds and plants in there are always stunning. I wore my moss green shirt to help blend in. View Post
