Today has been one of those days when the weather can’t make up it’s mind. It was extremely sunny but very cold this morning, then it warmed up before the storm clouds rolled in. All of a sudden it was raining, hailing and sunny all at the same time! This changeable weather makes layering really important, and I prefer fabrics that are thin yet warm for this, so I don’t end up looking like I’m wearing every item of clothing I own. View Post
How to wear printed pants
I only started getting in to printed pants in the last 12 months or so, but now they’re a wardrobe staple and I find myself gravitating towards printed trousers when I’m styling outfits. I get at least one message a week asking how to wear printed pants, so I thought it was about time for a blog post… View Post
Spin The Pin: Not Dressed As Lamb
I love getting outfit inspiration from other people’s outfit choices – it’s what makes people watching, blog reading and Pinterest pinning so great. Dark Florals
I’m pretty picky when it comes to flowers – I know what I like (peonies, hydrangeas, vintage roses and amaryllis, for the record) and what I don’t (carnations, most chrysanthemums and most lilies). The same goes for florals in fashion – I’m either all in or all out and I think I might have … maybe four? floral pieces in my wardrobe (two of them are made from the same fabric). One of those select few pieces is this kimono from Kiwi designers DMONIC INTENT.
