My usual sleeping attire ranges from my onesie to a winter nightgown (which is an epic nana gown that I love) to my owl pyjamas to nothing at all. I’m sure my day is coming (because lets face it, there are a lot of idiots out there), so I have some swear words and hand gestures prepared. How to beat Chub Rub
Chub rub. It’s when your thighs rub together when you walk, causing friction. It’s not awesome in any way – it can result in pain, redness, irritation, chafing, bleeding, and a whole host of other things. It doesn’t matter whether you’re thin, fat, or somewhere in between – if your thighs touch then there is the possibility of friction.
