Casual weekend style

This post was brought to you by Farmers

This is Meagan Kerr x Farmers plus size activewear

My work style and my weekend style are very different – when I’m working I want a polished look, but in the weekend I’m all about being comfortable and casual. Jeans and a tee, activewear that can be worn for yoga (or to walk up to my favourite café for brunch), or tunics that I can wear with leggings. Outfits that let me do what needs to be done around the house, spend time with my family and friends, and let me relax while still looking good. View Post

Florals and leaves

This is Meagan Kerr: NZ Style Curvettes Floral // Sara Floral Kimono from EziBuy

Spring is here, and with it comes florals. There are new flowers blooming (and if you live somewhere like me where the wind is unpredictable, they are also scattered all over the ground), and floral prints are hitting shop floors as well.  Florals don’t have to mean small Laura Ashley prints – they can be as big, bold and abstract as you want – and in my case, yes you can wear florals on a black background.

Lace Bomber Jacket

This is Meagan Kerr: NZ Style Curvettes Lace // Harlow Lace Bomber Jacket

Lace doesn’t need to be reserved for underthings – I also like to wear mine on the outside. I find that it adds great texture to an outfit (especially if you like black on black as much as I do) and is ideal for layering.
