Aussie Curves: Secondhand

AUSSIE CURVES header

This isn’t secondhand so much as it is “swiped out of my boyfriend’s closet”. I think it’s totally fair, since he’s raided all my band tees…

WIWT: DMONIC INTENT kaftan

I popped by NAKED Empire – The Style Syndicate last weekend, to check out what amazing things they had in stock. They stock stuff from DMONIC INTENT, SYRE, L.S.D. (Little Sister Designs) and Ahoy Cutie to name just a few, and while I was there I tried on a gorgeous “one size fits all” DMONIC INTENT kaftan. I didn’t expect it to fit me, because DMONIC INTENT is a straight size range that goes up to a 14 and I’m obviously much bigger than that, but when the girls urged me to try it on… well.

Online Shopping Guide

Did you know that it wasn’t until 2013 that I first bought clothing online? I have the worst case of FOMO right now. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been dreaming about  attending a show dedicated entirely to plus size fashion, and now that it’s actually happening I can’t go!

The Curvy Couture Roadshow is on Sunday the 30th of March 2014, and it’s the first plus size fashion event to be associated with the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival as well as the first event to showcase so many independent Australian plus size designers in one place. View Post
