ModCloth Clothing Haul

I’ve shopped with ModCloth before, but it’s been a really long time. I think this dress I got for Halloween a few years back may have been the last time? Since then, they’ve changed ownership and I thought it was high time I did a little ModCloth clothing haul so I could let you know what the shopping experience was like and how things fit.

I’ll be honest – I made my purchase based on the fact that I really wanted this shirt. I spotted it online a while back and couldn’t get it out of my head. When I found out about the shipping situation, this became a no-brainer for me! I’m going to wear this lots over summer. So far I’ve mostly worn it tucked into my culottes or a skirt, but I might wear it with shorts as the weather gets a bit warmer.

I’m really happy with the fit of both of the things I picked out, especially the jumpsuit. I’ll be wearing that one a lot over summer, both by itself and with a tee underneath as I’ve styled it in these photos. It’s pretty tempting to get another one but I’m trying to be smart in my purchasing since I’ve bought so many pairs of shoes this year.

I need to ensure the bottom hem of my top is pulled all the way down underneath the jumpsuit, or I need to wear a top with a longer curved hem. It’s taken me a while to post this because I honestly got so caught up in my head about how it looks. Does anyone else get like this? Any suggestions for not having your hem ride up or be visible under stuff? Please help me with my wardrobe malfunctions, I don’t know why this bugs me so much.

ModCloth is in the slightly higher category when comes to price, but I also think that their quality reflects that. I really appreciate that their clothes are cute AF and shipping is reasonable . It’s free if you spend USD $75+, or $5 if you’re impatient and want to spring for express shipping. I find the customer feedback is super helpful when it comes to fit. People can leave reviews and post photos etc. which is great. I’ll definitely be shopping at ModCloth again!
