I can’t even pretend that my love of stripes is a secret – I’m pretty much an “all stripes, all the time” when I can, as evidenced here, here, here and … pretty much all through my wardrobe. This dress though, it ties with this one for my favourite dress right now.
Yesterday it was a bit chilly (much like today!), so I took advantage of the cooler weather to wear it out to a busy day of meetings and media events.
We have a lot of cats near my house – pretty much everyone in the units next door has a cat – so I get regular feline visitors. This cutie is very shy, but I’ve been seeing him a lot lately – he hangs out on the warm roof of our garage quite a bit. He was far too busy to stop for a photo, important cat business to attend to.
One of the events I went to yesterday was a media preview for The Warehouse‘s autumn/winter 2015 range. I’ll do a whole post about what I loved from the new season range (heads up: the activewear is gorgeous), but I just wanted to share a few snaps from my day.

The Warehouse’s homewares have been amazing for a few seasons now, but my God the clothing was awful this past season. So many tremendously garish prints repeated over far too many poorly cut items :-/ They did so great for a few seasons prior, I hope they’ve ditched whichever manufacturer inflicted that on them and got back to something wearable.

I only recently got a gorgeous new purple duvet set from The Warehouse, but I quite like the orange and blue colours in that room.
