As you’ve probably guessed from my blog, I’m not usually a t-shirt wearer. I’m more of a dresses kind of gal, or skirts and tank tops. But when I saw this Hope & Harvest Anchor Tee I knew that I wanted it. I was thinking it would be perfect to wear with jeans, but it has been WAY too hot to wear with jeans (seriously, this weather has been stunning!) so I had to think of another way to style it until the weather cools down.
It was then that I remembered seeing a number of bloggers pairing their tees with skirts, so I thought a pencil skirt would be a perfect way to incorporate it into my style. I was up bright and early this morning for a rehab session with my physio, and it was still a little cool so I grabbed a cardigan on my way out the door. Just something light, to keep the chill off.
We will be driving down to sunny Taupo shortly, so I will be ditching the cardi and swapping my ballet flats out for my new sneakers for the drive. I can’t wait! I love every minute I get to spend out of the city, it is so refreshing and the perfect way to start the year.
How do you style your tees? Give me some ideas!
