A little while ago I was desperately searching for a bandeau swim top. Just a plain black one, that gave me sufficient boob coverage. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Chubby Cartwheels – a plus size clothing and accessories store whose website actually makes me want to have my entire paycheck direct credited straight to them. Yes, it’s that amazing.
Long story short, I got three bandeaus made (two of which you will see here) and my friends Amber and Cass bought some things, and now we are full of Chubby Cartwheels love and I wanted to do a wee shoot to share some of the fabulousness with you all! So here you go, with lots of pictures and few words: some of the gorgeous Chub Club babes wearing Chubby Cartwheels (IMHO the best collaboration ever!).

You should definitely pop over to the Chubby Cartwheels website – the prices are extremely reasonable ($15USD for a bandeau, what a bargain!), there is a great selection to choose from (which is ever growing and changing), and Shawna (the gorgeous creative woman behind the label) is really lovely and super helpful. Chubby Cartwheels gets all of the thumbs up from the Chub Club!

Omg we are so adorable 😍 #throwback
We need more hangtimes! When my parents are back I will hopefully be up North more, and I’m def coming up for Christmas!
I love that black outfit…I would definitely rock something like that. I’m a fashion designer that owned/operates 3 clothing lines as best as I can. I have heard from a lot of my more curvy friends that I need to show more variety in sizes. I do have some awesome custom dyed jean shorts that I made in the summer that I need to finish up but most of what I do is custom and one of a kind wearable art pieces…so it’s hard to make something and THEN find someone to fit it. (It should really be the other way around but apparently I haven’t shown enough variety for people to get that.) I just started venturing into modeling my creations and have been published a few times, even internationally which was pretty cool. I want to figure out where my body shape fits into b/c I’m definitely not a skinny person like I used to be growing up and my curves go on for days…I’m not complaining by any means but it would be nice to see more projects like this to inspire us curvy gals to get ideas for cute outfits. I for one love a lot of the trends coming out but don’t think they’ll look right with my body type/shape.
You all look super cute!!
I need to get to making that Little Mermaid inspired suit, pronto. This is some cute stuff.
