I love the versatility of autumn fashion, how you can put a summer dress with a chunky Cardy and boots, and the way the colours around inspire colours I wear.
I am a photographer so I really love getting outside in the fresh air & taking photos of the autumn colours, the beautiful oranges, yellows & reds fading into rich velvety browns. I especially love walking to tech thru the Octagon & walking thru all the fallen leaves every morning, bundled up in my fur trim City Chic jacket and takeaway mocha… Mmm! 🙂
Being able to cuddle up in a blanket or more cozy clothing and not be too hot or too cold! Also the gorgeous colours of the leaves when they drop from the trees! x
The beautiful colours
I feel as though its such a cliché…but down our street, on either side are different trees (which date back to when the land was owned by one farmer) and every year they transform into varying shades of spectacular red, green, orange and burgundy. Then, when they drop it creates such a magical scene in the morning, where the spider webs on the bare branches sparkle with dew drops as the sun shines in the morning, and the ground is just covered with a carpet of autumnal leaves. Being rugged up and walking down the street is one of my favourite things
Since I live in Puerto Rico, there is really not a very noticeable change in seasons. However, autumn brings cooler temperatures and opportunities to go out and about without being overheated by the sweltering heat! Also, I look forward to the holidays that bring the family together and the hunt for the perfect gifts for my family and friends!

The smell and sound of rain hitting the earth on a black cloudy day. Something about it totally relaxes me. But also i love autumn/winter more than any other season purely for the fashion. I love coats and boots and layering different fabrics with lovely bright colors.

I love autumn for many reasons …. Opaque tights, scarves, boots and layering! Also the fact that you can get away without shaving your legs

I love the changing colours of the leaves – greens into browns – against the bright blue sky (on a fine day) and matching my multitude of awesome scarfs with my just as awesome snuggly jackets. Also I love the cold. It beats a summer day.
I love Autumn for many reasons! Living through the season in gorgeous leggings with draped cardi, boots, glorious scarf and a cute hat to top off the girl about town look. My go to outfit from switching from wife, to mother, to mufti at work to casual drinks with girlfriends! Autumn oozes comfort dressing, yet keeping stylish and on trend! This is my first autumn in Melbourne (after many years in Brisbane). I’m loving the gradual shift from summer to winter – adding tights to a summer outfit, gradually putting on more layers, longer sleeves, scarfs etc.
